From 8.8 to 14.8.2008 took place the European Event of the Year, called EEOTY, at Zug in Switzerland. The opportunity of the 60 years anniversary of the MG Car Club Switzerland gave the EEOTY a special extra with the second title Swiss International Diamond Jubilee Meeting 2008. Arriving at Zug we found a wonderful lake and our hotel was situated at a higher point so we could enjoy an amazing view over the lake.
The EEOTY ground was full of MG cars, old and new ones, over 400, no place to let in more, so unfortunately lots of MG’s had to park outside of the area. People ran around talking to others, taking pictures, playing games and other challenges, briefly, they had a lot of fun together.
Saturday was the first run. Amazing when you stay at the road waiting to take pictures of the young and old MG cars and the car column won't end, hehe ;)
Saturday evening was a huge dinner for all the participants. We had pleasure enjoying it and of course the fantastic music. The organization of the dinner was well done and very good, brilliant!
